January 15, 2016 CANCELLED: 厂苍脴丑别迟迟补’s McMahon Discusses Vegetation in Landscape

The College of Architecture and Design welcomes visiting lecturer, Matthew McMahon, on Friday, Jan. 22, when he will present, 鈥淧lanting Thoughts: 聽Approaches to Vegetation in Contemporary Landscape.鈥澛 The lecture begins at 2:30 p.m. and will be held in Rm. 113 in the Art and Architecture Building, 1715 Volunteer Blvd.聽 The lecture is free and open to the public.
McMahon is a landscape and architectural designer for 厂苍脴丑别迟迟补, an international architecture, landscape, interior and brand design company.聽 McMahon earned a master of architecture degree from Princeton University after earning two bachelor of science degrees in landscape architecture and plant sciences from Penn State.聽 For 厂苍脴丑别迟迟补, he has led numerous design and redevelopment projects across the country.聽 Previously, he was an architectural designer, ecological designer and landscape designer for firms in New York.
聽has offices in Norway, Sweden, Austria, Singapore and the U.S.聽 The company has been shortlisted to design the Obama Presidential Center.
