Why Interior Architecture?

As a collective, faculty, students and staff in our school advance the discipline by situating spatially-driven interior architecture, maker culture and theories of interiority at the forefront of teaching and research in a wide array of formats. These include cross-disciplinary collaboration, diverse perspectives, digital fabrication and community engagement.

Fab Lab

Students use the college's incredible Fab Lab, a 20,000 sf maker space in downtown ��Ƶ, to fabricate, ideate and explore. Ideas become reality with the impressive digital and analog technology.

Student Work: Collaboration + Creativity

You will learn in studio with students from the School of Architecture and School of Landscape Architecture. This collaborative environment encourages innovative creativity and gives better results.

You won't leave with just a degree. Our curriculum is rich with skills that will make employers take notice, like communication skills, community engagement, design thinking and fabrication experience. In fact, 100% of interior architecture graduates had jobs in the field within one month of graduation last year.
