William Rosenthal

A native of south Louisiana, Will鈥檚 early research focused on the complex interconnections that climate, construction, and culture have in urban areas of the Gulf Coast region and American South. Today, Will works professionally at the intersection of architecture, urban policy, and real estate development, on projects that create more accessible, affordable, and resilient urban neighborhoods. Most recently, Will鈥檚 work focuses on the role of housing as a tool of large-scale and acupunctural change in contemporary urban neighborhoods.

Prior to his appointment at 快活视频, Will was a lecturer at Tulane University and teaching assistant at Harvard University. He co-founded Openworks, a community design + development practice based in Nashville, in 2015. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute where he sits on Nashville鈥檚 Housing Action Council and Capital Market鈥檚 Action Council.
