The Tennessee River and 65 miles of greenway trails wind through the city, and it’s a short drive to the . Just across the river in South ¿ì»îÊÓƵ is the Urban Wilderness, and the city is teeming with recreation opportunities.

¿ì»îÊÓƵ is located within a day’s drive of nearly half of the population of the U.S. That’s because two of the country’s most traveled interstates, I 40 and I 75, cross right here in our neighborhood, bringing you quick access to your new home sweet home and a quick trip to visit family or friends over a long weekend. Air travel is convenient, too, as McGhee Tyson Airport offers about 140 flights every day.

¿ì»îÊÓƵ is a history-rooted, family-centered community with all of the amenities you could need, including award-winning public schools and many fine private schools, downtown bus system, medical facilities such as UT Medical Center, faith organizations and churches, urban and suburban housing and plenty of room to play and grow.

Perhaps this is why  in America. (But we get more excited about ¿ì»îÊÓƵ having the , as named by Afar.com. Got to satisfy that sweet tooth after a long day of studying.) .
