Trips outside the studio are an important part of learning at the College of Architecture and Design. This past spring, students went to Los Angeles for a week to learn and prepare work for a client provided by our BarberMcMurry Professor Lawrence Scarpa, a pioneer in the practice of sustainable architecture and winner of over 50 international design awards, including the from the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt.
